This policy covers this website only. It explains what we collect when you visit magnafiigroup.com or contact us through it. It does not describe how we handle data on behalf of client organizations — that is governed by the written agreement and Business Associate Agreement we sign with each client.
Please do not send patient information, or any other protected or confidential information, through this website. If your question involves a specific patient, tell us that without the details and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

The contact form has no file upload. The only free-text field is the message box, and the notice above it asks you not to put protected or confidential information there.
Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your organization, your business email address, the category of enquiry you select, and whatever you write in the message field. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.
Technical information. Our website host records standard server information when you visit, such as your IP address and the pages requested, as part of operating the site.
We do not ask for, and do not want, patient information, health records, insurance claim data, any other protected health information, or your own confidential business information through this website.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing to opt out of.

Web3Forms relays contact form submissions to our email. When you submit the form, what you type passes through their service before it reaches us. This is one reason we ask you not to include patient information.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising. We disclose it to no one else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.
To reply to you, to understand what your organization needs, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We keep contact enquiries for as long as we are in correspondence with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
If protected health information, or information you consider confidential, arrives through this website or by email, we will not use it. We will tell you it came through the wrong channel, arrange a proper one, and delete the original where we are able to.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to naqvi@magnafiigroup.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your local privacy law — ask us and we will tell you how we can help.
This website is intended for businesses and the people who work for them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will say so here.
