What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any service MagnaFii provides to a client organization. Services are governed by the separate written agreement and Business Associate Agreement signed with that organization, and nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or varies it.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Do not send protected or confidential information

Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, claim data, or any other information that identifies a patient — or any information you or your organization consider confidential — through the contact form or by email to the addresses on this site.

The contact form has no file upload. The message field is free text, and it should not be used for either.

Your use of the site

You may read this website, and share links to it. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any system or network connected to it;
• probe, scan, or test its security, or interfere with its operation;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest it at a scale that burdens the site;
• copy substantial parts of it for a competing commercial purpose.
